Buying Offline
For buying offline from caratLane kiosks, you can pay by credit card, or cash, cheque or demand draft. In the case of cheques and drafts, items can be collected by you/dispatched to you only on realization of the said instruments. Back to top

Delivery System
Our logistics across the country ensure you get your item of purchase within 7 working days. However, this is subject to the method of payment you have chosen. If you have paid by cheque or DD, items will be shipped to you only after realization of the said instruments. Items will be sent to you by courier, with some proof of identification required at the time of receipt. Back to top
