What is the Try-At-Home Service? How does it work?
a. Try-At-Home is a pioneering service from CaratLane. We are proud of our jewellery designs and we would like you to try them on. Choose up to five jewellery products from our Try-At-Home catalog, and we will deliver samples of those products to your home absolutely free. You can try on the products and be absolutely sure before you decide to buy.
2. How do I place a request for the Try-At-Home Service?
a. Browse through the Try-At-Home catalog and choose up to five jewellery products you like. Click on the ‘Try At Home’ button and add them to your Try At Home Cart. Choose your city, provide your contact details and submit the form. A CaratLane representative will call you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
3. Try-At-Home Service is available in which cities?
a. The Try-At-Home Service is currently available in all 6 major metro cities in India.(Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata).
4. How much does it cost to avail the Try-At-Home Service?
a. This service is absolutely FREE. You don’t have to pay anything to request for a home trial.
5. If I like the Try-At-Home samples, can I keep them?
a. We will be sending samples to you to try. We are sure that you will like most if not all of the products. If you decide to buy the jewellery, we will send identical brand new pieces to you within 2 weeks.
6. How long will it take to schedule an appointment?
a. A CaratLane representative will call you within 24 hours to schedule a Try-At-Home appointment at a convenient time. It could take up to 2 days as our Try-At-Home representatives may already have other appointments in your city.
7. Why is Try-At-Home Service not available on some products?
a. We are focusing on the most popular products and the latest designs as a part of the Try-At-Home service. We are actively working on adding more products to the Try-at-Home catalog
