We celebrated the 63rd year of Indian independence in the most unique way possible. The Rupee now has its own symbol, and we thought it would be a perfect tribute to the nation to make it possible for people to wear the symbol as cool, classy pendants.
On August 15th, we unveiled four rupee symbol pendants in beaten white and yellow gold with diamonds, one in tri-tone gold with diamonds, and another in white gold with blue sapphires.
It has been only a few days, but the pendant has already received terrific response. The gender neutral design means both men and women can wear it, and the pendants make for fun, fashionable gifts to adults and children alike.
Requests are streaming in for pendants in a variety of sizes and gemstone combination. Smaller rupee pendants would make for cute gifts for babies and little children, some even want them as lucky charms!
