    Personalise your CaratLane ring orders with a video message (Postcard) through the CaratLane App. Simply go to 'My Orders' in the 'My Account' section and select ‘Add a video’ to add a video rings message and create message videos.

  • If I miss adding a video and text message while placing the order on the APP, how can I add it later?

    In case you missed adding a ring video while placing an order, no issues. You can personalise your CaratLane ring orders with a video message through the CaratLane App. Simply go to 'My Orders' in the 'My Account' section and choose “Add a video”.

    To add text messages to your order, reach out to our support team at cs@caratlane.com. Please keep in mind, text additions are only possible before the shipping cut-off time.

  • How can I add a video message to an order, purchased 5 months ago?

    You can easily personalise your CaratLane rings orders with a video rings message (Postcard) through the CaratLane App. Simply go to 'My Orders' in the 'My Account' section and select ‘Add a video.’

  • Can I also add a video message to the order that I placed at the store?

    Yes, you can add a video message (Postcard) to your ring order placed at the store. Download the CaratLane app, register/ login with the same profile email, find your order under the ‘My Orders’ section, select “Add a video” option to upload or record a 30 second video rings message, and schedule to send it to your loved one.

  • Can I add a video message to an order I placed for myself?

    Yes, of course. We encourage you to celebrate your achievements and milestones! You can add a video for yourself as a moment to remember forever and schedule it for yourself.

  • When will the message be delivered to the recipient?

    If you have added the video while placing the order online via the CaratLane app, the video message will be delivered along with the ring order delivery.

    If you have added a ring video after placing the ring order (both at store or online), your message will reach the recipient at the scheduled time.

  • How will the recipient receive the video message?

    The recipient will receive the Postcard via a WhatsApp message with a little sneak peek of the video and an SMS. The ring with video message will also inform the recipient to download the CaratLane app to scan the gifted ring and watch the embedded video message.

  • Is it possible to add more than just one video message for my entire order?

    Currently, you can add only one video to a ring order.

  • Can I edit the recipient’s phone number once I schedule a video message?

    No, once scheduled, you cannot edit the recipient’s phone number. However, if you would like to change the phone number, please reach out to our support team.

    Ensure you are logged in from the same registered number as the one on which you received the Postcard WhatsApp message.

    Use the CaratLane App's Postcards widget on the homepage to scan your ring and play your special video message.

  • Where can I view the video message that I sent to someone?

    You can view all your sent and received Postcards in the ‘My Accounts’ section of the CaratLane App.

  • Can I schedule the delivery of the video message at a specific time to make the surprise more special?

    Yes, you can. After uploading/ recording your video message, you can schedule the message as per your choice.

  • If I exchange or cancel my order, what happens to the video message?

    Our brand’s promise is to preserve your emotion/memories forever. So both the sender and recipient will still be able to access the emotion through their My Accounts, under My Orders.

  • If I’m purchasing from my husband’s account and he is out of town, how can I upload or record a video?

    To add a Postcard, you must have access to the account linked to the purchase or App. Please reach out to our support team at cs@caratlane.com for us to help you further.

  • Can I share the video message I uploaded with others?

    No, the video cannot be shared with any other third party. Only the sender and receiver have access to the video via the CaratLane App only.

  • Can I download the ring with video messages from the App to share?

    In order to protect your privacy, the video cannot be downloaded from the App.
